YSL Residences condos is a newly proposed redevelopment Condo development by Cresford Developement located at Yonge St. and Gerrard St. E., Toronto. The Project Will include condos units, Retail and Office. YSL residences Condos will stand at 98 storeys with a total of 957 condo units. Estimated completion is to be announced (TBA).
The change from the old proposal will make this new development the tallest building not only in Toronto but all of Canada. It will stand roughly at 343.9 meters which will be structured as a mixed-use development. It will stand differently with free balconies, much more slimmer look with a sculptural form compared to the 2015's rendition of twin towers joined by a skybridge.
